Use daily postpartum and throughout nursing.  Optimal intake will vary by person. We recommend starting with 1 teaspoon in warm water/tea before a meal to spark digestion and eliminate any potential gas. You can add to oatmeal, rice pudding or straight from the jar.  Use up to 4 teaspoons a day.
